   What a refuge from the holiday craziness! The food was very good, and the recommended wine (Sauvignon Blanc) went well with it. The parsnip and hazelnut ravioli were rather bland (I ordered them out of curiosity), but the caper sauce was terrific. I was disappointed that they were out of mussels (they were cleaned out on Xmas Eve), but the "fisherman's stew" was amply provided with shrimp and scallops, and it was well seasoned without being overwhelming. The chocolate pots de creme was wonderful as usual. My only (mild) complaint is that I had to ask twice to get bread to mop up that great sauce on the ravioli. Service was generally attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was welcoming, but not noisy, which I was grateful for; I am SO done with loud restaurants! 315 is a class act, and I gladly recommend it for special occasions (and to make not-so-special ones special).

   We had an excellent Christmas dinner here. The food and cocktails were delicious and the service was outstanding. It is also a charming little restaurant with unique flair. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for something quiet and upscale.

   Were seated in one of the small dining rooms vs the high top tables in the bar. Much quieter. Luckily, arrived during Happy Hour and were able to take advantage of half priced oysters from VA/ME and wine/drink specials. Lilianna and team did a great service job all evening from our oysters to the profiteroles for dessert. Highly recommend especially 4-6 pm for Happy Hour.

   We shared the Foie Gras. The preparation was absolutely beautiful and tasty. My husband had the Fried chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. Huge portion of a traditional meal made to perfection. He took half to go! I had the mushroom/pasta appetizer and it was delicious. We have been to 315 several times and have never been disappointed. If you appreciate traditional French food this is the place to go for dinner while visiting Santa Fe.

   This is consistently the best restaurant in Santa Fe! We go often for dinner, but went for Happy Hour last night because we had a concert to attend. What fun that was--oysters, shrimp, Negronis, several wine selections! Gracious service, great drinks, and wonderful food!

   Menu on Open Table is not the menu? From the moment we were seated until provided our check, we felt as though we were preventing the next seating. It was like eating in a hash house, how many times can we turn each table.

    We had a delightful evening. Our waiter was great, the bartender made an excellent martini. I had a delicious Caesar salad to start, followed by a half order of a veggie cavatelli pasta and then their wonderful Crème Brûlée. My husband raved about his French onion soup. His grouper was excellent .
