   We planned an anniversary dinner at 360, expecting a romantic, upscale evening with a stunning view. While the view was beautiful, the overall experience felt more like an overpriced Outback or Cheddar’s. From the moment we arrived, the service felt rushed and impersonal. Neither the hostess nor our waiter acknowledged our anniversary, despite booking through OpenTable—something many other restaurants do as a thoughtful touch. Our waiter seemed disengaged, as if he would rather be elsewhere. The food was mediocre at best; our steaks were tough, resembling hamburger steaks more than filet. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. If you’re looking for a casual date night, this might be an option—but not at this price point.

   Amini made the night spectacular! The food, the cocktails and a great view of DT Omaha at night. Who could ask for more?

   I come to 360 allot. I love it there. One of my favorite places to go. I love the environment, the food, and especially the service. Normally the food is amazing and I have zero complaints. But tonight the food was just not good. The steak was tough and undercooked, the mac and cheese was cold. Just not good. The service was amazing the drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was amazing.

   The view of downtown Omaha and the River were excellent. We paid the extra to book a table with a view. Was an excellent decision

   I appreciate Megan’s and her team’s excellent customer service. The salad was good both nights during my visit. The lettuce was fresh and of good quality. The tomatoes were tasty. It would’ve been nice to have some cheese as an option. The fish and steak were over cooked. The seasoned ship was too salty. I recommend using the risotto recipe from Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant in Kansas City. I couldn’t eat the food but didn’t want to complain and thus became very ill from a hypoglycemic reaction and had to be seen by the local fire department who I appreciate along with your security staff who saved my life. Our table was too close to the end table and there was less than a foot of space between my shoulder and the back of the gentleman sitting at the next table. The gentleman’s conversation sitting at the next table over shadowed our peaceful dinner.

   The environment was amazing- the view borders on spectacular no matter where you sit. I took my daughter for her 18th birthday and she enjoyed every minute, I believe this will be her graduation destination as well. Thank you for the awesome mother, daughter evening.

   My wife and I went to dinner on 2/20 Thurs evening for the first time we tried this restaurant. My wife ordered the scallops and I did the filet. The filet was to be medium but it was well done. The french onion soup was overloaded with onions very little broth unlike anything she has had and probably ordered that 50x times in her life. The green garnish with the scallops was unusual, kind of took away from the appeal for her with the dish and stained her hands. I don't know what it was but she was sick later that night. The server was nice, had regulars he knew as they came in, the view was nice, being seated close to the windows during very cold weather made it a little drafty, where maybe a booth or asking us if we wanted to be seated that close to the cold windows (it was under 10F that night). Overall it was ok but next time I'm in Omaha I'll consider other options.

   The experience and view was amazing the food quite not so much for it being at $70 steak it was not cooked correctly our medium rare was rare and the service was as not good.
