Aggravating to have No Lobster in the Lobster Bisque. The description says Deep water lobster simmered in rich cream…”

501 on Main did not meet the description I had read in one of the Park City magazine. The restaurant was very hot and VERY noisy We were seated at a high top table indoors and greeted by our waitress who was quite difficult to understand. We asked her to repeat the specials and still couldn't understand what she was saying. After ordered three Manhattans and one Cosmo and waiting longer than expected the drinks arrived and were very disappointing. They were small in size and certainly didn't have much alcohol in them. I ordered the tomato bisque (which was tasteless) and the grilled cheese (which was similar to a large tasteless block of melted cheese). My friend ordered a beet salad with the addition of shrimp which she enjoyed. The two men ordered bison burgers which were overcooked. They asked for the burgers to be served medium rare and they both arrived having been cooked to medium. The four of us were hoping to have a nice lingering conversation during and after dinner. Unfortunately, we finished our meals and left to get some fresh cooler air and to be able to speak without screaming. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience.

The Pot Roast is a must! I can’t wait to go back and order it again. The best that I’ve had at a restaurant. OMG savory and the vegetables are perfect.

Not worth the money unfortunately. Our server would of rather be doing something other than waiting on my husband and me. We ordered a salad and before we were even finished our entree came. Server said this was not fine dining..what did we expect since THEY had a busy day. Food was just ok. Service horrible. Not worth the money🙄

Sadly to start the menu on Open Table is a year old and nothing like the minimum mediocre menu we had to choose from. The famous pot roast over cooked dried out, awful. I chose this for the trout which wasn’t even on the menu nor the Ahi tuna only some fried fish?! Manager could not care less, when asked him about the menu.. after many years of summers, not going back.

I have no idea why this place is in the top 20 of Park City’s restaurants. Food preparation and taste had no quality. At least we were lucky to have very good service. Halibut looked like it was cooked a night before.

Within about 20 minutes of finishing my meal - the bison burger and chopped salad - I had a horrible stomach ache that ruined the rest of my night. From a taste standpoint, the burger tasted delicious and my husbands steak was awesome (cooked perfectly)! The salad, on the other hand, was drowning in dressing. If you can’t dress a salad, please just put it on the side. And finally, this might be the kicker … they sat a dog inside immediately next to us. The dog was licking our legs/hands, wagging its tail into our legs (the whole time), whimpering, wanting our food. It was beyond inappropriate. I understand dogs on a patio, but not inside a nice restaurant.
