Opened by the Moreau family the food is an expression of modern French cuisine; using only locally sourced and fresh ingredients.     Resturant staff were very friendly and helpful, unfortunately although it very early in the evening the resturant had ran out of several items from the menu. No vegtables available at all, no mention of this until we where seated and bring asked to order. This did somewhat ruin the overall experience.

    Our experience was exceptional from beginning to end - from the great cocktails to the starters (don’t miss the lobster soup!) and outstanding main courses. Our chef came by in this intimate setting and made the night extra special. We’re visiting Manchester, but will return to 63 Degrees any time we’re here.

    Nice little french restaurant. The waitress Anaelle was very friendly, good service! Waiting time was ok and the food was good. Side dishes were quite small . A little expensive but in total a very nice restaurant!

    I do not live in Manchester, but I go to 63 Degrees every time that I am there to visit family. It is a great place which is tremendous value. I would not want to go anywhere else.

    Gorgeous traditional styling. Service was excellent, friendly and very professional. Chef was delightlful and food was perfect. It is very like the traditional bistros you can find in Paris if you get away from the tourist traps. Cocktails spot on, great wine list, food perfect, lovely cheese board, then desert, then coffee, then digestif then one for the road... Thoroughly receommend.

    We shared an excellent Cote de Boeuf, and a glass of a lovely St Emilion. Friendly staff and great cooking - what's not to like.

    I was quite disappointed to be honest. Lobster soup was very odd..more like a stew with a pastry too!!! & the lobster was overcooked & chewy. Salmon starter was good. Scallops for the main course more like a starter size with only 4 scallops!! I was expecting French cuisine Won’t be returning
