Alexander's is always a solid choice for dinner, and our recent romantic date night was no exception. The food and wine list were fantastic, offering great variety and quality. Having visited five times now, it's clear why we keep coming back. The restaurant has minimal staff turnover, which speaks volumes about its quality, and our server had been there for 26 years! We dined during restaurant week but chose to stick to the regular menu, and the prices were in line with the restaurant's caliber. We’ll definitely return for another memorable dining experience.

As usual, it was a wonderful evening with fabulous food and drink. Unfortunately, there was a horrid table near us that complained about a corkage fee (who knew you could even bring your own bottle?!?!)…and they said they weren’t going to tip their waiter because of it. Disgusting. Anyway…our meal and service were superb. We are regulars and will continue to be.

First, staff was very good and attentive! It was a special night, my wife's birthday. Going in you know the food and wine were somewhat pricy to say the least, but it was a special occasion. Unfortunately, the $45 halibut recommendation appeared to be recooked and rubbery, not flakey. The same applied for my wife dinner Mixed Grill (another $40 Plus dinner). Lastly, it was a birthday, in the past there was a small token desert always given at the end of the night...nope not this time, but there was our waiter and another that did wish my wife happy birthday. Just a little surprised that after spending $200 on a mediocre dinner that there wasn't a little something for the birthday. Maybe it was an off night in the kitchen and maybe the little extra birthday surprise is no longer in place...disappointing. Its the little things. This is, by no means, a complaint about the serving staff and hostess as they were very nice and attentive. Thanks for considering this as constructive to help in the future.

A wonderful New Years Eve dinner and celebration with friends! Couldn't have been better. The food, service and ambience were excellent. We will keep going back to Alexander's.
