My experience at this establishment has totally blown my mind! The service unbeatable as soon as you walk in you’re greeted with the warm & welcoming smile. They’re happy to help and accommodate you in any way they can. The decor, breathtaking the ambience, family oriented. The food and presentation was impeccable Absolutely delicious. The show amazing the performers, beautiful and experts in their craft all in all a 10 out of 10 experience definitely will be a regular at this establishment.

This place used to be a lot of fun .We get kind of disappointed with the show and the prices. To pricey for what they offered not even a small dessert for a birthday celebration.

We went to this restaurant for the experience and the food. We were celebrating my sister's 60th Birthday! The experience was excellent for dinner and aentertainment. The value was little pricey, however appreciated the interactive entertainment along the way. The lively entertainment kept us engaged and my family did have an awesome time. Thank you to the waitstaff for accommodating us at our first visit to Alhambra Palace.

We had an amazing time definitely thinking of going back. The food was delicious, the performers were awesome and the servers were very knowledgeable and helpful about the menu and drinks. I highly recommend this place!

We arrived a little before 8:30pm with a reservation and was sat immedately. Waited for about 20 minutes before the server even approached us to take our orders. Appetizers came out after a reasonable time and the entertainment was good. However, service went down very quickly after that. About 1.5 hours into the show, we were still waiting on our main course (The Alhambra Platter worth $70). We checked in with the server to which he said he would have it out in 5 mins. At this point we just said to box it up to go because we were ready to leave. The server then approached our table and tried to gaslight us into telling my family that he was waiting on US to tell him when to give him the okay for the main course to come out. All four of us looked at him puzzled because we clearly all did not get that message from the get go. When he took our orders initially, we ordered everything from him. Why on earth would I need to tell him when to prepare my next course? Anyway, we were ready to leave since we didn’t want to wait any longer and the server told us he couldn’t take the main course off the check because he had already put the order in (which I feel is a total lie that they say to try to gyp you). I proceeded to also tell him that he did not come check on the table even once during the entire 1.5 hrs we were waiting to which he replied, “you could have flagged me down”. I’m sorry, but for the prices that they are charging for mediocre food, they need to get better at service. Our server made zero effort to get to appease us and we were even tacked on an auto grat of 18%. I was so frustrated with the whole experience and will not be returning. I will say the entertainment was great though. I would just rather they had been honest and let us know they were running behind instead of trying to gaslight me into making me feel like I was the problem.
