The restaurant is very nice but this is the third time that I have been while staying at the Westin and there are not enough waitstaff. It also appears that there is a lot of disorganization on the operation of the restaurant serving floor from the hostess to the servers. The staff was very nice and doing their best but they appear to be woefully understaffed.

Not sure why this place is even opened. Showed up for reservation and had to wait 15 minutes for table when only a quarter of the restaurant was being used. Waited over an hour for our food because room service was higher priority than dine in guests. Food was good, server was friendly, management needs improvement. If you want to use the short handed excuse don’t take reservations or warn diners how long it will take because when you have two young children a 2 hour dinner is tough to make them sit through.

We waited 20 minutes past our reservation time, and still weren’t seated. Tables near where we were waiting were literally yelling for service. Since the hostess had already advised us the kitchen was running an hour behind, we decided to go elsewhere.

Buffet was good. Kitchen service was poor. We waited over an hour for a cheeseburger. Then requested it to go. We were not the only disgruntled table. Others in the dining room were seated after us and served before us. Our server was pleasant though and tried to keep us updated in our order.

They did not know how to handle crowds. Ate the three times. One time the waitress was good. Other two times not. Manager would not let me add a third person. Front staff was helpful trying to add a third.... Manager said no!

Dinner was excellent. However, lunch was horrible service. 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me asked for my drink preference. Another 15 min before getting drink and asking for my order. It was not a busy time the server just didn't care. Food was good 45 mins later.

The atmosphere was very warm and attendant was attentive. The staff was very friendly and polite. I enjoyed my time and my family were very happy with the hospitality and service. Best choice to celebrate my husband day!
