Chef de Cuisine, Sven Elverfeld, presents modern European cuisine of the highest standards in our signature restaurant AQUA. Well-known for his imaginative talents in creation of excellent dishes as well as for his aesthetic presentation, he was named Chef of the Year 2007 by the gourmet magazine "Der Feinschmecker". Awarded with three Michelin Stars and 19 points Gault Millau for its cuisine, the discrete elegance and exclusivity of AQUA is also underlined by its design. The contemporary interior by Andrée Putman features stunning décor details such as fine colored Art Déco armchairs and still-life flower photographs by the famous photographer Robert Mapplethorpe.

    Exorbitant gut. Natürlich sehr preisintensiv aber jeden Cent wert. Zudem war der Service hervorragend. Jetzt wird gespart und dann geht es wieder ab ins Aqua.

    Wieder einmal hat uns das Team des aqua sowohl kulinarisch als auch menschlich (was in den heutigen Zeiten Balsam für die Seele ist) einen wunderschönen Abend bereitet. Dafür unseren herzlichsten Dank.

    Ein einzigartiges Erlebnis! Wir haben den Geburtstag meiner Frau im Aqua verbracht und für uns steht fest, dass dies nicht der letzte dort war. Die kulinarische Vielfalt, die Optik der Speisen, das Ambiente und natürlich der herausragende Service machten den Abend unvergesslich. Nochmals vielen Dank an das spitzenmäßige Team für diesen wunderbaren Abend!

    Der Service verdient eine besondere Anerkennung, es war wirklich exzellent. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Essen war einsame spitze.
