   Very disappointed,waitress was not into working as it was Christmas. Very few tables were seated took almost an hour to receive dinner,didn’t bring bread or check on us Too bad as we have been going there for years

   Very disappointed. Were seated 1/2 hour after our reservation, yet people without a reservation were seated before us. Were finally seated at a booth with a/c vent overhead blowing freezing air onto us. Our hair was actually blowing in the wind. Food was marginal at best. Sides were awful. Prime rib was eatable. Rolls were hard and cold. They ran out of dessert cheesecake and we were told no more left. I have had lunch several times at Azure and was very enjoyable. The Christmas buffet was very bad and definitely not worth $65 per person. They should be ashamed to charge guests for such an disappointing meal.

   We went for a holiday buffet. The food was pretty good. Just beware: This is one of those restaurants who will add gratuity on automatically BUT will also give you a receipt to sign with a line for the tip. They are double-dipping on the gratuity. Honest servers tell you that the gratuity is already added, but that you can add to it. Ours didn’t. So, congrats Azure, you got a double tip this time. And three guests who will never return to your business as a result.

   We are here for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed the food and value so we came back for Christmas. With the Charles being 1/3 more than Thanksgiving we expected more for the cost. The prime rib was not prepared as well, ham was just ok and the Mac with cheese had an odd taste (different cheese possibly). The desserts were also not as expected based on the Thanksgiving. We would absolutely do Thanksgiving in the future however we will not be coming back for Christmas next year.

   We went for a family dinner late on Christmas Eve. It would have been understandable if the bartender, prior to the meal, or the server, during the meal, was not on their game as they would rather be somewhere else. Both the bartender and our server were outstanding. The Martimi's were perfect! We had appetizer of Calamari; it was perfectly prepared. Our dinners were great. The hit at the table was the Bucatini and shrimp meal. Awesome flavors, temperature, presentation, and serving size. We had a great selection of wine. The manager even sent two options, not on the menu. We really enjoyed the evening. While we did not meet the kitchen staff, kudos to them for a fantastic meal! These employees either put on a Broadway show service for us, or they really were truly enjoying serving us that evening (maybe both!). We were all very impressed. I highly recommend Azur.

   Beautiful restaurant, loved the ocean view. The food was mostly really good. Dressing was a bit watery. The carving station was excellent! Loved the charcuterie buffet. Service & staff were very friendly & attentive. The value was good, however it would have been nice if coffee & tea were included. Free Valet parking & convenience was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving experience!

   The staff was great from the valet to server. First time we have not cooked Thanksgiving and was concerned when booking how the food would be. The food was great. We ate outside because we love the beach. Only complaint was the kids playing in the pool and yelling but still giving this experience a 5 star and will be back for the Christmas buffet..

    The ambiance was very nice and festive, and the staff were extremely attentive. There was a plethora of choices of foods and desserts, including gluten free options, and the turkey was among the best I have ever had!
