BAKU is a Japanese Robata-style restaurant that showcases outstanding Sushi and innovative Robata and Yakatori cuisine. Casual everyday dining downstairs with a upscale lounge upstairs. We specialize in creating an unique and memorable experience for every occasion.



For parties of 8 or more guests, we do require a $50 Non-Refundable Deposit to confirm reservations. This deposit is applied to the bill at time of reservation.                                                                                                               Majority of the food was hot and good. I was looking forward to the duck, but we were served an overcooked duck. I mentioned to the waitress that last time the duck was on the rare side side, and this meal our duck did not have any color left and was a bit dry. They agreed that the duck is usually served rare but did not try to accommodate us. The rest of the cooked dishes and the nigiri were very good.

                                                                                                              It’s been a long time since we’ve dined here. The atmosphere was great when we arrived. We were seated upstairs where the bar is. It was quiet because it was fairly empty but as we finished more people came in and it got louder. I’m not sure if downstairs was more of what we were looking for because we put for date night.

A must try if you love the freshest sushi and sashimi/nigiri. Anything steak is a must! Pork Belly Yakitori and the Shishito Peppers is a fantastic start. Exceptional!
