I have dined here quite a few times. Food was very good. Signature drinks, excellent. The downtown view is spectacular. Our service was average. I feel some things need be fine tuned. I will patronize Bali Hai again.

Food and drinks were mediocre, but the service, view, and dessert were fantastic. It wasn't an unpleasant experience, but definitely not the best. We were sat at a table with an amazing view of the harbor and city, unfortunately with the open seating plan, the tables on both sides of us were large parties who constantly were talking extremely loudly and moving to other sides of the table to take pictures with the flash on. I personally don't like being blinded by a flashlight while trying to eat or converse. Another problem is the restaurant is LOUD. The drinks weren't anything amazing, so unless you like alcohol just for the taste of alcohol, I would skip it. The food was cooked well, but the flavors of the main and sides were just at odds with each other. Dessert though was great, no complaints there about anything, also the service was fantastic. Everyone was very attentive from the server, to the bussers. All in all it was a good experience, but just not sure if I would go again unless someone else picked it as a location

We got there early and they seated us . Which was nice. Victor our server was great and checked on us often. The buffet was awesome! So many choice and what we had was delicious!

Went for the Sunday buffet. Definitely worth the cost! The crab legs and oysters were delicious. And the breakfast food was as well. Service was amazing. Our waiter was on top of it. Will definitely go again.

I've never been disappointed at Bali Hai! Everything's great, the view's amazing, the service is phenomenal, and my waitress was awesome!highly recommend to eat there!

Wonderful fresh seafood Buffett with oysters crab legs chilled shrimp, crab Benedict- perfect poached eggs! Also a carving station with prime rib nicely rare and excellent horseradish sauce Plenty of desserts and other items like a variety of ribs, coconut pancakes and more! Highly recommend one Mai Tai as well as their deliscious fruit tea.
