   Great experience at Banbu Sushi. We were seated in a very noisy area but were quickly offered alternative options. Staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Food as always was excellent. Thank you.

   The food wasn’t as good as it normally is. The edamame wasn’t cooked fully and the rolls weren’t very fresh. The service was good but the food was meh.

   The sushi was very good and so were the apps. The service was awesome. The ambiance didn't feel like a sushi restaurant, more modern and loud. My only knock was portion to price ratio was a bit off but overall the quality of fish was very good.

   Our server Brooke was very attentive and had great energy. Food came out quicker than expected and was really delicious. It's a bit more expensive than other sushi restaurants in town but the quality of food and service justify the price IMO.

   Always a good choice to hit Banbu with my wife and daughter. Good food, friendly service and very knowledgeable wait staff. It’s also always clean and warm on the patio, really a little oasis.

   It’s our first time eating on this place and it was worth it. The food, the servers and the place will make this one of my go-to restaurants. Unfortunately, as we celebrate our mom’s birthday here, someone took the cake we brought. I didn’t think that people had the audacity to lie that they brought the cake and thank the server for keeping it. What a piece of crap! But thanks to that, the manager and our server offered us free desserts for everyone and a huge discount to compensate for the lost cake.

   We got here quite often and it's always good. Cocktails are great and the food is good. The service this last week was especially good. Highly recommend.

    The food was amazing. They initially sat us in the back room which is bright with white walls. They had to move us from a booth to a table in that room and the table is by door and staff room(s). It was uncomfortable. I asked the hostess to move us as we had a reservation and were celebrating a birthday. She refused. So I got up and asked the person at the hostess stand to move us and she said “absolutely, I understand” and had a new table (in main area) for us within minutes. The service was slow. The waitress only checked on us 1 time during the 45 minute wait for our sushi. We would have drank more but they were busy. The espresso martinis are good! Food was great! Once we got a table in the main room, the vibe was much better. That being said, we had to move tables 3 times as they originally sat us somewhere but then wanted that table for a large party (and then moved us to worst seats in the house - cold/noisy, etc). I worked in restaurants for 20-plus years so the thing that was upsetting was the one hostess that refused us a better table without even checking availability. She went on to shoot us daggers every time she passed the rest of the evening but the other staff was friendly.
