Service was incredibly slow. Our server seemed flustered and had many tables. Our order was not correct and each course was very slow. Food had good flavor, but was not hot. Luke warm at best. With the timeliness of the service, we did not send back to kitchen. Couldn't wait to leave. From time we sat down (tables were only 50% filled at best when we arrived), to time exiting was over 2 -1/2 hours. Very disappointing. Won't return.

Very slow service. They seemed overwhelmed with the number of diners. Staff seemed overworked. Drinks and food took a long time to get to the table. Food was fairly good when it did arrive. Servers and staff were friendly. We booked a 5.30 table prior to a 7.30 show and only just made it in time for the concert.

The service was excellent and the food was superb. There was a mistake made and it took our food a bit longer to come out, however, they corrected this quickly and gave us our meal for free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will be back.

This used to be our number-one restaurant in the Quad Cities, but Monarch is now replacing it in Bettendorf, IA. Today, we went to Bass Street before a show at The Mark, right next door. The Lobster corn chowder used to have bits of lobster in it, but no more. The shrimp cocktail was OK; it was hard to mess that up. The wedge salad was just OK. My main complaint was the service. It used to be excellent, but it was worth the high prices and added to the ambiance. Now, the service is average at best and no longer justifies Bass Street's premium prices. Sadly, the food preparation is also no longer excellent. If you are going to a show and want to make it a romantic getaway, spend the night at the Wyndham Hotel, which houses Bass Strett and is next door to the Mark. Then you do not have to spend three hours getting out of the parking lot after the show! Otherwise, I would not make a memorable trip to Bass Street just for a meal.

Obnoxious people at the bar, guy fell when he stood up because he was so drunk. Shouldn’t have been served so much alcohol.

The restaurant was pretty bright so we sat in a booth by the bar. The food was very good and our server Becky was fantastic. The crab cakes and the steaks were great. Overall very impressed considering it’s a place in Moline, IL that used to be a TGIFridays.
