There are three ways to enjoy the Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar, one of Naples most beloved waterfront restaurants for locals and visitors alike. The Café, on the sidewalk level, has the wonderful, bustling ambience of a big city neighborhood café. The Café menu offers sandwiches, salads and light entrees through the late afternoon and evening. The Grill, accepting reservations, is upstairs and overlooks the Venetian Bay -- one of Naples best waterfront dining views. The Grill specializes in creative and superbly prepared seafood, meats, and pasta dishes. The Grill menu is also served on the Upper Deck Bar and Covered Patio, an award winning outdoor cocktail and dining spot that overlooks Venetian Bay and provides spectacular hues of the setting sun. Between 2-4:30p.m. the Upper Deck Bar offers a lighter, late lunch menu.

    First visit to this restaurant. Sat outside on the deck which has second-story views of the bay on one side and of the shopping village on the other. (there are also water views from indoor tables in the Grill area I think). Quiet on the deck, the indoor area seemed noisy when we walked through it. We both had seafood (mahi-mahi and salmon) and both dishes were very good, imaginative preparations and nice presentation. Calamari appetizer was a decent but pedestrian offering. Good wine list. We were pleased. Would suggest requesting waterside table when you make reservations, there aren't very many of these. Also, it looked like there would be a very nice view of the water when sitting at the bar on the upper deck. Place is a good choice for a special evening our or a date night. Entrees mostly $40-60. Recommended.

    We had a beautiful Christmas Eve dinner at Bayside. Our server Ornella was wonderfully attentive without being intrusive. We were seated directly bayside which was a true bonus! The service was impeccable and the did was as awesome as we’d hoped! My husband gad the filet and I had the seared grouper - both were cooked perfectly and were delicious! We will return - the view(we saw dolphins!), the service and the food were truly terrific!!

    We had a wonderful family dinner after enjoying the lights at the Naples Botanical Gardens. Bayside was perfect! We had a large round table over the canal with pretty nighttime views. The service was impeccable - attentive and timely but not intrusive. The food was excellent. We had a range of appetizes and entrees - fish, filet mignon and pasta - and each was delicious. Perfectly prepared, flavourful and beautifully presented. We really enjoyed our dining experience at Bayside.

    Sea bass and filet were excellent, grouper was overcooked and was replaced promptly and taken off the heck. Service was superb. Will return .
