   First, the good news. The food and service were outstanding. The bad news is where we were seated. We were placed at one of three tables for two along the half wall across from the larger tables along the windows. Not bad, right? Wrong! As we settled in, the servers with huge trays started whizzing down the narrow aisle, coming within inches of our heads. One server was actually running. Combined with the coming and going of the customers, it was like eating in the middle of a subway station. My suggestion to management is to eliminate these tables altogether. The evening was less than pleasant, to say the least, and with all of the wonderful restaurants in Naples, I will think twice about coming back to Bayside.

   This was our first time dining here. It’s such a beautiful location. Requested a table with a water view and we got it! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. Enjoyed a bottle of Barolo with dinner as well as cocktails (aperol spritz, mojito and gin and tonic. None disappointed. Calamari was definitely fresh. Crab cake delicious. We all enjoyed our entrees which included bouillabaisse, lightly blackened salmon, short ribs, and shrimp and crab fettuccine. No desserts necessary. If you’re looking for a place to take visitors this is it.

   We went to Bayside three times and loved each visit. Fish was fresh delicious and well prepared. Kale slaw was the best! We ate outside two of the times and enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend!

   Bayside has delicious entrees and the atmosphere is terrific, especially if you are able to enjoy the outdoor dining. Service is impeccable. We return to have dinner every year to enjoy an extraordinary dining experience!
