Everything is excellent but our table is too close to the open kitchens (corner of meat kitchen & side dishes kitchen), hence we were getting all smell from both busy kitchen. Our clothes were smelly (good meat smell though), hence, when we got back to the hotel, had to spray with perfume, & left in the hotel bathroom overnight.

Great food and overall service as usual but Sean, the sommelier had a very condescending attitude ruining the b-day celebration for my son. Very disappointing from one of my favorite restaurants in the world where the service and food were always top notch

We had one of the best dinner experiences at Bazaar. The food, environment and drinks all amazing, but the best part was the service. We had Marcin who greeted us right when we sat down, walked through all the drinks, tasting menus and each individual dish. His level of expertise and attention to detail is second to none that I have ever experienced. He truly put Bazaar Meats in a whole other category.

The music played here is overly distracting and bland, detracting from the overall experience. However, the food was excellent, with the tasting menu offering a variety of balanced and delicate dishes that provided a pleasant experience. The service was outstanding. The mashed potatoes, A5 Wagyu, ribeye steak, and A5 cheesesteaks were sensational, delivering a truly exquisite steakhouse experience. The drinks were well made as well. However, the mushroom was my least favorite dish here, I only took a single bite myself. Overall, despite the distracting music, I enjoyed my time here. The prices were fair, and the food was excellent. 8/10.

It would be better if the smoke from the Wagyu BBQ was controlled well.

I’m a big fan of the Jose Andres restaurants in DC and NYC, especially minibar and barmini. So I was very surprised to have such bad experience at Bazaar Meat. The opening courses were very good, including the cotton candy wrapped foie gras and a sublime tuna sushi pillow, which was the highlight of the meal. The mashed potatoes were creamy and indulgent. But the nitro-caipirinha was average, the stuffed mushroom caps and asparagas were below average, and the steak tartar was the worst I ever had. The supposed high-point of the meal, the Washugyu Ribeye was flavorless and grisly. And the dessert course was both meager (8 cookies for four people) and average.
