   Stephanie (I believe) was our server and she did incredible! Food was 12/10 all the way around. We would recommend this to anyone and will likely make this a regular stop while in Vegas.

   We had an amazing waiter Sunday who guided us through the menu. Everything was delicious. Definitely take advantage of the Iberian ham. From presentation to taste everything was superb.

   Matt was the coolest waiter! He definitely is a natural with making sure we were attended to throughout the dinner. This dinner experience was on a whole other level! The tasting menu was the best food experience I’ve ever had! The food was beyond delicious and the drinks were amazing! I recommend the tasting menu to people who want to experience this Michelin restaurant! Coming back in May!

   A bit disappointed. Looked forward to Dining there. The steak tasted under seasoned and wasn’t cooked correct. After waiting 50 minutes for an overcooked steak. I just ate it because I didn’t want to wait for another. They didn’t really seem like they wanted to rectify it anyway.

   We could only get a counter top and loved it! Super entertaining and great to watch the preparation of the amazing food. We had the croquetas served in a ceramic stiletto (very vegas), gazpacho delicious but very overpriced for a tiny cup. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection! The steak tartar prepared at the table was delicious. Very good for a special occasion however quite overpriced which was to be expected given its in Vegas!

    Celebrated my sister-in-law’s 40th birthday here with the premium tasting menu and it was absolutely divine. The service was impeccable and the team seamlessly worked together to flawlessly execute a fine dining chef’s tasting experience. I would highly recommend Bazaar Meat to anyone!
