   Wonderful food, some of the best steak I’ve ever had, very creative and flavorful pre-fix well worth the price. Highlights included the Japanese Wagyu beef, butter whipped potatoes, steak tartare sliders, Brussels sprouts with lemon foam, apples, and tangerines, the main course of American Wagyu beef, and the cotton candy foie gras. Great wine list, too.

   Our waiter Sunday was beyond extraordinary. The best we have had in a long long time. A true professional Would love to eat there every week but don’t live in Nevada

   An incredible experience. Food was delicious and different, thoughtful presentation. They’re moving to the Palazzo later this year and can’t wait to go back. The waiter knew everything about the food and drink and made excellent suggestions.

   Bazaar Meat staff provide an outstanding experience. Service is top notch+. Ambiance is 100%. Cocktails, wine and all courses were exceptional. Highly recommend!!

   The suckling pig is very delicate; the skin is so crispy such that it melts in my mouth. The taste is a bit blain for us. My son listened to Joe Rogan so we gave it a try. The skirt steak is extraordinary because of the sauce. Overall, we had a very good customer service from Patrick and the entire staffs. And we like Jose Andres for his humanitarian leadership at the World Kitchen . Thanks

    Hands down one of the best food/restaurant experiences I have ever had! Splurge on the tasting menu experience, everything was so delicious. Highly recommend!
