Really disappointing experience at a place we usually like. We went here for a meal before shopping for a dress for our daughter. We ordered gluten free Mac and cheese, and it came out with gluten free pasta and regular bread crumbs sprinkled on top - we didn’t catch it until after a few bites. The allergic reaction from this caused us to end the day early. Also, while we were waiting on a replacement pasta dish, my wife found a 1/2 dollar sized piece of plastic bag in her salmon dish. Tommy (our waiter) was very apologetic and handled the situation professionally. The real issue I have is a manager never came over for either the allergy contamination or plastic in our food.

Food is good but overpriced. Excellent salads. Strange that they added more booths outside of the restaurant. Looks unfinished. Should tie it into restaurant with a pergola & pendent light or something so don’t feel separate from Bazille

After waiting quite some time for a server to approach our table, Dani finally came over and told us she would take our server’s place. She was fine, but it was obvious there was chaos in the dining room, that our assigned server didn’t bother with us. We hadn’t been to Bazille in a long time exactly because of such service issues. The food quality is good but management doesn’t understand that there are several components to a good dining experience, service being a big part of the overall enjoyment. Dining out is costly in today’s world, and it should be stress free. Disappointing for sure.
