   Beautiful atmosphere with great food, authentic Hawaiian live music, and top notch service. Nathalie took care of us, and she was amazing - she truly made our night memorable!

   They made our anniversary dinner memorable. Service from Gabriel is above and beyond The cocktail drinks great, and appetizers (prawn and calamari) are also well flavored.

   We had a disappointing dinner on Saturday. We arrived for our reservation to celebrate a special occasion and asked to be seated in one of the tables closest to the water. The hostess told us those tables were reserved for hotel guests only and we could sit in another location. We are staying at the resort just not at the hotel. We were seated next to two tables with fussy infants who cried during dinner. If we had not just completed a very long day of travel, we would have left. Dozens of tables were open at 5:30. Our server was very indifferent and tried to hurry us to order our main meals after ordering appetizers. We dine here several times a year while visiting aHawaii nd were quite disappointed. The food was fine but overshadowed by the poor service. Not up to what we expect at the Four Seasons.

   We dined at the Beach Tree for our anniversary and loved the experience. The restaurant was very busy but the wait staff was very efficient in servicing our table. Out server Denae kept checking on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was always pleasant and handled the pressure of servicing multiple tables at one time very well. The food was outstanding and everything came out on time. We had the Grilled Octopus and Kanpachi Crudo which were perfect. I had the Pork Chop and it was the best that I have ever tasted. I love pork chop but this was amazing as it was moist, tasty and done to perfection. My wife also enjoyed the Ricotta. They gave us complimentary dessert to recognize our wedding anniversary which was much appreciated. The dinner was well worth the price and we will come back again.

   We had a birthday dinner at Beach Tree that was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive and the food excellent. The location would be hard to top — just off the beach, ocean breeze, palm trees swaying and live Hawaiian music. We’re looking forward to next time.

    Beautiful environment. Friendly staffers. Food was very average. Our party of three were very disappointed in the taste of our meals, all ordering different items. Every few years we come to Hawaii for vacation, and each trip look forward to our dinners there. I left have of mine. The flavors just didn’t go together well. Had to keep flagging a busser to refill our waters. I don’t blame him as he was hauling butt, seriously rushing around to get to everyone and in so inadvertently neglecting many. I felt bad for how hard they were working him. A drink we ordered never came because they ran out of the fresh ingredients to make it - a popular drink there. A highly overpriced experience, limited menu and difficult to have conversations even though we were outdoors. Wasn’t the fine dining experience we have become accustomed to at this restaurant, no less a Four Seasons establishment.
