   After making a Reservation and checking in :20 minutes prior to our reservation time, my family and I wasn’t seated :30 after my actual reservation time. So this place had us waiting for almost 1hr to be seated. When ask the clerk and Manager, both were a little rude on answering my questions to why we weren’t seated soon. What was the point of making a reservation if this place doesn’t honor the reservation times.

   Our family dinner was great to welcome the New Year and Tony was a wonderful chef. The colossal shrimp were delicious and Tony remembered all our requests!

   We had a positive experience! Great server and great chef. A better location than Downey & nicer staff than Oceanside!

   As usual both my wife and I had another superb meal !!! We arrived about 15 minutes early but we were seated after less than 10 minutes . So that's the first plus in their favor. Our waitress was there within 10.minutes to take our drink orders. Plus number two. The only thing that I found lacking was the number of chefs in attendance ( I think that it's because of the time of day, but if you want my opinion there should have been 3 or 4 chefs on duty because of the time of year) there were only two when we arrived . But once our chef came to our table he first apologized (which he shouldn't have to do) and then he put on a stellar performance and everyone at the table got a really good meal and show also !!?!!

   The chef and food were excellent. The reservation was delayed 1 hr and 20 minutes. There is no excuse for that. Either they are overbooking or working to slowly.

   They were 45 minutes late with seating our table. No info about them running behind given until after we asked how long until we were sat.

    Great food & service. The manager went out of his way to accommodate us since there was a delay in sitting us down at the time of our reservation. Kudos to Paul!!!!
