   Me & my wife’s first time going to this restaurant. The food was excellent, our waitress Bri was great & our chef Sabi was even better. However management was terrible. We were under the impression that we could use a birthday coupon for my wife’s birthday today. I drove a hour away, before I called I called TWICE. The young lady who answered the phone expressed that YES we could use a birthday coupon for $30 off for my wife’s birthday. In all that wasn’t the case. So because I asked management what could be accommodated because the money wasn’t an issue. It was the principal, the young lady who answered the phone delivered the wrong information. Our meal was well over a $100 & management only gave $10 off. I tipped our chef & waitress because they had nothing to do with it. However I’m in management & if our word is our word we have to follow by it. This lady made a mistake, mistakes happen but I expect management to follow up by this young lady mistake by telling us we could use the $30 off coupon today. Also management said it could be use 2 days later & our waitress said it couldn’t be used until next year, so I didn’t know who to believe. In all wonderful service by Bri & Chef Sabi but this will be our first & last time going because as a MANAGER myself I believe in being integral even if it causes to take accountability for our staff mistakes.

   I don't know what was going on that night, but everything was horrible. Of course I had a reservation for 8pm. They rescheduled my reservation for 845pm. Ok fine. Once we got seated it was 900pm. They close at 1000pm on Sunday. That was the night we went. We didn't get our drinks until 915pm. Ok once again fine. I gave grace bc I'm a manager at a restaurant and I have understanding. So finally in between time the waitress is getting our orders, went to the kitchen to put the order in by this time it's 926 the chef finally comes to the table and is unprepared. Oops not to forget we waited on him bc he was running late. So now he is unprepared and didn't have everyone's food so he ran back to the kitchen twice bc we had no sauce bowls and he didn't have the shrimp that we and the other guest ordered. So now it's 930ish and of course everything was fast sloppy he was dropping sauce bottles and he even dropped the oil can on the flat top 🔥. So like I said everything was fast when we got our food my salmon was raw inside. Which he just took back and cooked it but the disgust was setting in. When I got my shrimp it tasted spoiled. I am truly outdone about the food here and service tonight. We eat here a lot and I can definitely say that my money was thrown in the trash. We still tipped and were out of there at 10pm. So I would give them a 3 star for the food

   The chef (Friday) was so spectacular. Loved his energy. Our entire table of 8 (2families of 4) totally enjoyed his performance and the food was delicious. Would definitely always go to have him as our chef.

   Wash your hands, use the restroom and eat before going there… the restrooms are HORRIBLE, the wait times for seating and chef is EXHAUSTING and the food is DISGUSTING

   Terrible never visited her the manger d was very rude and disrespectful snatched my food out my hand and then being to want to fight me because my food was cooked poorly

   The service was great. The food was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They very nice. The only problem I have is the cost of the food. It use to be worth every dollar you spent but now it is way too expensive and overpriced. I don’t mind paying for what I eat but when it is that much overpriced for what you get I will not be returning. I will be telling my friends and family about the experience. I never complain about the cost of food but this was outrageous. Never again. But thank you for the nice service but I will not be returning.

   Service was great didn't have to wait to long after the reservation Kay will always be the best server and Malaki is the best COOK great show speedy service and tasteful food
