   Really busy and seemed unprepared for the amount of reservations/customers. Staff was overwhelmed causing for subpar service and a lot of mistakes, long waiting times for seating and food as well.

   Our server only gave us steamed rice at the very end. Rice was under cooked. We also did not get all of our courses. We purchased 6 courses meal but only served 5.

   We had the WORST experience on 12/24/24. Christmas Eve which also happens to be my daughter's birthday. We have been taking her to Benihana on her birthday since she was 8yrs old. This year she turned 18. This was supposed to be a very memorable birthday for her. Our reservations were for 7:45pm. We arrived at 7:20pm to make sure we were there checked in and ready to go. When we checked in we were told that they were behind schedule about 40mins. Okay, fine we get it, it's a holiday. We were FINALLY seated at 9:00pm. By that time my 8yr old had already fallen asleep on my husband's lap. Our chef was very nice, however his show was mediocre to non existent. Our food was over salted. He used sooo much soy sauce on the rice it looked like brown rice. We ordered our steaks all medium or medium well, they were all over cooked, there was no pink. The chicken was dry and crispy. Our waitress was AWESOME, she did her best despite the circumstances. We finally left about 10:15. We didn't go home to have cake like we had planned because everyone so tired they wanted to go to bed. This is a traditional we will no longer be doing after this experience. So sad that Benihana just trying to cram in as many reservations that come in to try and make an extra buck the focusing on the customer experience. Our waitress said that they had 700 reservations on Christmas Eve and over 1000 for Christmas Day. I wished her the best of luck.

   Their reservation system is a joke. It was over an hour past our reservation time before they called us. This location is terrible. Two times we have had issues with our visit. Safe to say we will not be coming back.

   We were seating an hour past our reservation. Our chef was mediocre. No personality. Little theater or entertainment.

   A wonderful holiday outing experience for the kids! However, the bright lights provided less ambience than expected. The draft from the vents had us in our coats. The service was less attentive than we would have preferred, especially for the price point. We probably would look for another hibachi in the future, but are glad we tried it this once!

   Benihana has been hit or miss for many years. Grabbed a last minute reservation on Christmas Eve, and to my surprise, fantastic experience! Had Mike “splash & meadow” as our chef. He was entertaining and fun. Food was the best I remember. Thankful for the entire staff for being so engaged on a holiday evening. I’m sure they’d rather be with their families, but everything exceeded expectations. The restaurant was insanely busy, but we were seated right at the reservation time. I could not have asked for a better evening.

    We had a 6 pm reservation. We were seated at 6:40 pm so not great and not the point of having reservations. Once seated it took a while to get service. The food was great. It was our son's birthday and it was overlooked. Based on this experience, we probably won't go back anytime soon.
