   My mother & I had a fun lunch Friday afternoon at the Benihana Cbad! Lauren & Vlad took such great care of us!! Lauren was so sweet and went out of her way to make us feel special & took our picture, ensuring that there was no glare. Vlad was so funny &, not only was the food delicious, but his entertaining skills were top notch! We really enjoyed ourselves & can’t wait to dine again with friends and family.

   I had a reservation and was excited for my first time. It was my birthday. We waited almost 2 hours for the chef to come to the table and our server had an attitude. It was bummer. The chef was entertaining and if not for him I would be giving this experience a 1.

   Everything was bad. Avoid if all possible! They bumped their reservations for a larger party, which goes back to management and reservation updating on online platforms. Multiple parties left and waited over 45 mins- an hour to get seated. The price paid was not worth the wait, nor treatment.

   The food and the service were good, but the price was too expensive for hibachi. We had two sushi rolls and hibachi, no alcohol and it was $250 with tip. Way to much!!!

   Our reservation was at 645.. they didn’t take us until 8pm My order was wrong.. I asked for no salt and it was drenched in salt. Service was very slow.

   Honestly the worst dining experience I have ever had. Took over an hour to even get seated at our table, which is unacceptable when you make a reservation over a week in advance. I wish I could say that’s where this horrible experience ended. 4 hours and 45 minutes later we finally finished our meal. Service was pretty awful. My mother had to go to the bar for water and wine after asking the server twice, we ordered sushi and never received it, some of the courses were never even offered, and several of the meals didn’t come with all of the food (my daughter ordered the lobster, scallop, shrimp combo and only received lobster and other people in our group only received one item out of their combo orders as well). This place is severely understaffed and horribly managed. I can’t even comprehend the amount of time and money I wasted only to receive a horrible experience. I will never eat at a Benihana restaurant again.

    Our reservation was for 5:30 and we were seated but never served until 8:00. Not enough chefs, not enough staff, too many customers and not enough staff to serve them. No TP in bathrooms. Dirty bathrooms.
