   I have eaten there about 40 times and usually I have a good experience with everything. This visit was the same which is why I continue to eat there

   My experience was great my server. Shirley was wonderful as usual and our chef Moffatt top as always she never disappoints! Everyone was satisfied, even the baby.

   I think the food is way over priced. $19 for a kids meal and 4.5 for a kids soda is ridiculous

   We were seated on time for our reservation. We sat at the table, unattended for 30 minutes. No server, no communication, nothing. Went to hostess to say we were sitting 30 minutes, no beverage, nothing. Waitress was unaware we were there. Waitress was good. However a 30 minute wait in a restaurant with less than 20% occupancy is ridiculous. Ordered sushi with shrimp. Manager said they could make tempura shrimp but didn’t know what cooked shrimp was. Really? Chef knew it was cocktail shrimp. Chef was great. However the entire experience doesn’t bode well for a return.

   Terrible! We were sat at a table full of dust. When asked to speak to a manager, the kitchen manager showed up and was extremely rude and not apologetic for the condition of the table. It’s a shame that this Benihana is the only one in Cleveland.

   It’s expensive the chef was great.. servers first table ever didn’t know that the happy hour specials didn’t include the hibachi so I got an app I wouldn’t have got but got it thinking it was on happy hour and my drink I got was 11 dollars more than expected 🙄

   Our food was great as always. Our Chef Moffat is one of the best!! We had a new server that was a little overwhelmed but remained poised and pleasant throughout, I am sure she will get better given time to get acclimated. There was a very loud intoxicated lady sitting behind us who became annoying so we decided to take our dinner home to enjoy.

    Had to wait for about 20 minutes to be seated after reservation time but our cook and server were both very pleasant and accommodating. Our cook did her thing! Our food was seasoned well and absolutely delicious. The have gotten quite expensive over the years compared to other hibachi restaurants, but I will still return.
