   My son and went to celebrate our birthdays on 2/17/25 . We were pleased with how fast we were seated . The waiter passed out water and soup and salad’s right away . The cook did his thing we were pleased .

   I went there for lunch today, they lowered the price by a few dollars but removed a some items. Used to be soup and salad, now it’s just soup, also it comes with the shrimp appetizer and now it’s just soup was taken out too. Overall the food is still good but just the portion were lessen.

   Terrible experience. We had a 6:30 pm reservation for a hibachi table, but when we arrived, we were told there would be at least a 30-minute wait—what’s the point of a reservation then? We ended up sitting at the bar, where our food took 40 minutes to arrive and was both cold and dry. To top it off, we never got our appetizer. The only saving grace was the bartender. She was incredibly sweet.

   didn’t like the bribery of trying to ask for a 5 star rating in exchange for a $10 gift card… but the chef was amazing , had a good time

   We had a 7:15 reservation, waited about 40 minutes to get sat and and didn’t start getting served till around 9:30, portions were pretty small as well. I feel like dining here is just for the name and the show(which wasn’t extremely interactive) Overall I wouldn’t return.

   We have a reservation at 5:15 and we got a table until 6pm. Too noise

   We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation, not terrible but not great. Our drink and appetizer orders were taken promptly. We received our drinks relatively quickly. I had to inquire twice about when the appetizer we ordered would come out and when our chef would arrive; two tables seated 15 and 20 minutes after us with larger groups had their chef arrive and we were still waiting. It was 45 minutes before our chef arrived. One of us ordered sake, the menu only listed a 375ml option for it; the server didn't ask any clarifying questions and instead of the 375ml bottle was brought a small glass of sake, maybe 150ml in size. Also, it was a different sake than ordered. This was pointed out, our server was confused but eventually came back with the correct bottle of sake. We were charged for both sake even though one was a mistake. Then a beer was ordered, the one ordered was unavailable so an alternative was selected, the server did not ask which size and just assumed the larger bottle. Then when it was brought out it was just the bottle and no glass to pour it in to as us normal. While eating the fried rice and the chef was now preparing our entrees the appetizer we ordered was finally delivered. This was 90 minutes after we had ordered it. The food was still great, the chef was very friendly. The quality of the service has severely gone down. The appetizer we ordered was purchased with a gift card for a free appetizer due to a similarly bad experience during our last visit where it took us over an hour after ordering for our chef to arrive.

   For Valentine's Day it was grossly overbooked. We had to wait 50 minutes past our reservation. I never saw it with so many people in lines. There should be caps on the number of reservations taken.
