   Very Busy and Noisy. But, considering it was Christmas not too surprised. We did have to wait about 15 mins before being seated. Other than that the food was well prepared.

   Christmas Day was very busy at Benihana. But they still managed to keep the place in order. Thank you to all the staff waiter cooks hostesses etc for a job well done.

   recently took my daughter and my one-year-old grandson on a special outing for the first time, and it was a delightful experience. My grandson was absolutely thrilled, giggling and exploring his surroundings with wide-eyed wonder. The food we enjoyed was delicious, bursting with flavor, and I managed to savor every bite, happily finishing my plate. Our server, Jazmin, was incredibly sweet and welcoming, making us feel right at home with her warm demeanor and attentive service. I left with my heart full and can't wait to return for another wonderful visit! Thank you Jazmin

   Everyone was delightful! The food was great! Jorge was awesome and Josh was fun, professional and so accommodating! Front desk staff was lovely! It was Christmas Eve and the all the Benihana staff seemed to be happy to serve us with smiles on their faces! Great job everyone!! Christie & Dave Ross

   Whats to say? Benihana Concord has fallen off. Food is still good, but everything else has gotten worse. Including the price/value. Bathrooms— dirty. Service—spotty and slow. Presentation— poor. This is a place whose time has come and gone.

   Burger is a slider. So $9 for a slider. Waitress was kind but good and drinks were slow to come out. This was at start of happy hour.

   I was disappointed with my experience at Benihana. The cook was too quiet and lacked the usual energy you’d expect. Despite reserving for a birthday celebration, it wasn’t acknowledged. The drinks I ordered didn’t look anything like the menu photos, and the food portions were far too small for the price. Not worth it.

   We had a good time. It would’ve been a great time, but they put two more people on the table than what it should’ve so I had to eat with my elbows rammed up against the other person. Sato is a great cook. I would go back and have them again anytime Food was good and fresh.

   5 pm reservation, 7 adults 3 kids. Didn't get seated until 5:20 and the table only seated 8 people. They brought 1 chair and we had the 2 year old sit on a lap. Very crowded and noisy, bumped into constantly by staff and passersby. First course (soup) didn't arrive until 6. Food was excellent as was the preparation show, but the noise and cramped space were very disappointing,as were the filthy restrooms which even the 6 year old refused to use.

    Went for my parents 37th wedding anniversary, seemed like the staff wasn’t having the best time. Very little energy long wait for service, but a popular spot for family and friends
