   Everyone should experience Benihana at least once in their lifetime. However, we keep coming back because we just love the food. I don't think I've ever been disappointed since my first meal at a Benihana restaurant in Atlanta, GA in 1975.

   I made a reservation for 6:30pm and didn’t get seated until 1 hour later. When I checked in for my reservation the hostess never told me they were 1 hour behind schedule. If I have known, I would have not waited. I kept checking in every 15 mins and the hostess kept telling my table will be ready soon. Why make a reservation when my party and I still had to wait 1 hour before getting seated!! Our server as ok. He was quick taking our order and bringing our drinks, soup and salad out at a reasonable time but he never came back to refill our drinks.

   We waited an HOUR for our table even with a reservation. Our food was ok but we were so hungry and it was so loud it was hard to enjoy the atmosphere for our birthday person. I won’t be going back to this location again

   My family and I had a great time. We were quickly seated and our server was always available and on top of drink refills. He was very friendly and knowledgable. Our chef, Heli (I hope I remember his name correctly) was great. We had two young kids with us and he interacted with them during the dinner. Overall, experience was wonderful and food was terrific.

   Chef Robert and the GM were phenomenal. Unfortunately we had to wait 45+ minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation.

   I was seated very quickly and orders were taken almost immediately. I was seated right by the kitchen and that area smelled like mildew which was hard to ignore. The drinks and appetizers came out rather quickly. The experience took a turn once the chef came out. Noticed while the chef handled and served the food that his nails were very dirty. He continued to cough and touch his face mask then the food throughout the dinner which was disturbing and left a dent in the overall experience. The waiter also brought the check out prematurely before my entire order was served.

   We are a party of 4, 2 kids so 2 high chairs and for some reason KAREN wanted to seat in front where you need a party of 4. So she threw a fit and asked to speak to a manager because she didn’t get the front WTH how old are you KAREN.?anyway somehow everytime we go someone has to ruined our experience people being cheap and complaining about food being different than last time. But this time we had to wait until they find someone else to cover KAREN 2 top. If it wasn’t for my kids that love going there I would never go back to spend from 300-500 for 4 of us I can be eating REAL WAGYU AND GOLDEN OSETRA SOME PLACE ELSE.

    Had to wait a while past our reservation time to be seated. Restaurant was extremely chaotic and service very slow. Dinner took over 2 1/2 hours. Food was overcooked and way over seasoned. Too much salt and pepper. Very disappointing.
