   We went to the Dulles location to enjoy a nice hibachi style dinner. We made a reservation for 7pm, the did not take us til 7:30 which we were willing to look past until our service was below a 1 star. We had to order drinks multiple times from the same server because he forgot our order. He then didn't bring drinks and we had to ask multiple times. Then, our chef was trying to flag him down since our table needed service and no one would come over. On top of that, I had to be the one to get up and tell a server that we had empty drinks and had not had service since when we first sat down. We never received parts of our ordered food, drinks missing and overall TERRIBLE service. Then I finally got my water with food floating in it. Absolutely unacceptable. I finally went over to talk with a manager. I told her everything and she did absolutely nothing about it. Nothing. I would never go back there or ever recommend that location. Not even to someone I hate. It was truly that bad.

   The only things that were of concern is my dinner time was 9pm and we didn’t get a table until 25 mins later. My party and I stood around the front desk and bar until seated. It was hotter inside more so than usual. Even though the reservation was later in the evening and we finished late I still expected to he able to take a photo to commemorate the evening and was told the machine wasn’t working. I asked if a photo could be taken and the waitress went to the back for the camera then came back and said it wasn’t working. Wouldn’t that have been something she would have known prior to me asking? You would think management would alert the servers as to not get the hopes of guest up so I feel that excuse was a cop out. All in all the evening was good, we sat with 2 other couples who were pleasant, we even shared a few laughs. I’ll definitely be back but they definitely have to work on a few things.

   Our reservation was at 7:15 didn’t get seated until 8:30. Food didn’t come for another 45 min. We didn’t eat until 9:30 the whole entire table.

   We brought the family back this year to celebrate birthdays in January. The experience was delightful and Luis put on an excellent display of culinary entertainment that thrilled the grandchildren. Food was delicious and service by both Luis and Edwin was top notch. Very happy we dined here and the food combined with the experience made it all the more special. Thank you to Luis and Edwin for an excellent time.

   Food and experience was good and really appreciated the ambiance. We had a good time and our order didn’t come out correctly, but staff noticed it first and help rectify the situation. Overall would recommend to family and friends

   I don't know if its because it was a Tuesday at 4pm or what but the place was empty! We were the only customers party of 7, out comes the Chef for the show... and oh boy.. not sure if they practice on non-busy days but it was a bust. So disappointed. My daughter was seating directly in front and kept putting her hands up to cover her face because items were just falling. I cannot even begin to say what a horrible experience it was. Def not what I signed up to pay for. I mean you go to Benihanas for the show, that's part of the dining experience and they are NOT cheap. times that times 7 people, that was a hefty bill. I just want to say that they should do their best at all times. We went for an anniversary, but I think this will be my last year going there. I was sooo disappointed and I was trying to hype up the chef but nothing. I could've had the pepper shaker hit me at home and saved lots of money.

   Went here for a bday dinner for kids. Seated late, drinks came late, food order taken nearly 30 min after being seated. Food was ok not outstanding. My son did like the hibachi chicken and we did like the items that were made spicy. The yakisoba was too sweet. The birthday celebration (song, etc.) was not very enthusiastically performed at all compared to the table next to us which had a great celebration, which my son was hoping for and didn’t receive. Chef went thru the motions, responded to food requests relatively well but seemed like a trainee in terms of the performance elements since she dropped her utensils a lot. Far better food, service and performance in other hibachi restaurants in the area. Definitely will not return or recommend. This is not the Benihana experience I remember from my childhood.

   Service is awful. We were there for an over an hour and no one ever once stopped to asked anyone wanted refills on their drinks. My son was literally coughing, and I had to give him my little bit of water that was left and asked a server to please bring us refills. One soda was $4.50 alone. The portions were so small it's not even worth it, you might as well go to the store and make your own steak and rice for a 1/4 of the price. The show isn't worth it there's no excitement, there's no fire, there's no tricks. Unlike most restaurants that do the Hibachi cooking in front of you, the appetizer is included in your meal, this place does not include the appetizer in your meal. To top it all off, I paid with $100 bill, and my total was $94.44 and the girl brought me back $4 as my change and tried to tell me oh well that's what she gave me... WTF I had to do the calculations in my phone on a calculator just for her to see that she was shorting me on my change. Don't waste your time going here it's DEFINITELY not worth it!!!!
