   Food and service was great! The reservation system was horrible. I booked a 6:30pm reservation, using this app, and I had to politely remind the host several times over a 45 min period that we were still waiting. At 7:20, we got our seats after the host manually put us in the system. Again, food and chef was top tier. Hosts need to manage the chaos a bit better.

   Waited for an 1 1/2 after our reservation time. Not happy for that reason but the food was great

   I took a friend for dinner and they have been many years since she’s been to this type of restaurant. We had a wonderful meal and the chef was very entertaining and accommodating. My friend cannot eat seafood and she is also lactose intolerant so the chef smells very careful to make sure that he honored her allergies and gave her an excellent meal. We will definitely be back.

   Waited way too long even with a reservation. Had our reservation for 6pm and we were not seated until 7:15pm. No apologies at all. We were there for my daughter’s bday.

   I didn’t have a pleasant experience like I normally do we were sat at a table with 5 other people I could hardly move little lone eat there was no elbow room what so ever it was most uncomfortable.

    This was an incredibly frustrating dinner. We had a reservation at 5:30 and we were not seated until 6:15. It took another ten minutes for the server, who was excellent and clearly doing the best work possible work in what seemed to be too large a section for one person, to come over. There was a child in our party and we made decisions based upon what would be appropriate. It was an hour and fifteen minutes after our reservation time that we finally received some food. We put in our drink and food orders right away. There has to be a better way to manage a busy restaurant. The chef and the server were doing the best they could. The food was good. The experience overall was terrible.
