   The staff was fun and the food was delicious. This location has a beautiful view of the intracoastal. Great place for birthday dinner!

   Food was good..little pricey.. Service was the WORST... Every table that was seated after us was waited on before a server even came to our table. We think it was that the BAR server was given our table and was NOT able to do the JOB. We had to keep complaining to the front desk. finally chef came and cooked our food. The table had (3) birthdays... NO BIRTHDAY acknowledgement as the other tables had. No candles in our ice cream.. just VERY disappointed.. will not recommend.

   Was there on a Wednesday night and they only had 3 chef's and 1 waiter. there were only 3 tables in the whole place when we arrived and not only was service HORRIBLE, but my party was seated in a BOOTH with who were being loud and obnoxious the whole time. Not to mention when we walked in, there is an armed security guard which really makes you wonder what kind of area you are in. We were at our table for 45 minutes before the chef showed up when there were not that many tables occupied that night

   This place has really gone to trash! Many years ago we used to frequent this place and last night reminded me of why we stopped! If I could give 0 stars I would. I definitely will not be back!

   normally love Benihana but this location seems old and not very clean…we were seated in an uncomfortable worn out booth…the service was just ok…chef didn’t do the “show” and there was two little kids sitting with us that would of enjoyed it…disappointed this time!

    Very Busy night for restaurant and dining area was crowded and noisy!!! Food was great as was the chef that was cooking at the table. I have not been in this unit in 20+ years and I do not think there has been any changes. many carpets on floors used to prevent slipping.
