   I truly believe the business still has customers; is due to it being one of the only locations in the city that has hibachi cooked in front of you. One owner is the host, she is rude and pushy all 3 times I have visited. The bartender was the best part of the experience. My husband and I ordered a couple drinks as we waited on a table. Waiting was never an issue. As soon as we sat down at the table, I ordered us sushi with our waitress. My husband had to go get our sushi from the bartender. Our waitress didn’t check on it or care it sat there for 15 minutes. Thanks to the bartender he brought it out for us. We also ordered another appetizer. Which didn’t come out until our food was about to be prepared. Twice have we ordered food before our meal and it all still comes out on top of one another. Everyone at our table went without drink refills for 20-30 minutes. Once the food was cooking; our server checked in once and didn’t come back till the end. I find that when people are spending upwards of $100-$300 for two people to dine out. With this service is atrocious. For a server to make $160-$300 off one table for subpar service is also atrocious for the industry. As I have worked in fine dining for 10+ years, in world renowned cultures of New Orleans & Mobile, Alabama. World renowned chefs I have worked for. So bare minimum of service is expected. It feels that the place doesn’t truly care about guest. They only care about the money going into their pockets. Which is why the service industry/ restaurant experience is not the same anymore. What they call a Filet Mignon is truly just a thick Center Cut. The New York Strip was cut in half. At the at point it’s equivalent to flank steak. If prices are so high for experience & quality of food. This establishment doesn’t hold up to either. The two best things of the establishment was our bartender & chief. Who both are phenomenal in their careers! The ones that should be ashamed is the owners. Who truly careless.

   We had someone allergic to shrimp at our table. I was they would have offered us another table instead of limiting our choices

   Been dining here since 2008. Only Benihana in the area I love going to. Staff is awesome.

   We had another great experience at Benihana. We enjoy dining there regularly. Benihana has excellent food and the Teppan style cooking is a fun dining experience.

   Food was flavorless. Our cook was boring and not entertaining at all. He gave majority of us the wrong food and our waitress sucked as well. We had to wait a while to get a refill on our drinks. The manager came and gave us free coupons for dessert, but we didn’t order dessert! Definitely will not be returning to this location

    Although reservations were made the wait was long. One of the servers was coming back and forth to the front sharing updates on the food left and shortage of cooks with the host. This information was unnecessary as many people were waiting to be seated.
