    The food here is always good very tasty and I enjoy the Chef’s. That being said the service was horrible the waitress was inattentive and rude. She didn’t ask about food allergies, she got my drink wrong and when I said something about it she came back and slammed the correct drink down on the table. When it was time to take our order she just stood and stared at us didn’t say what would like or anything! Never asked if we needed anything just horrible.Now let’s get into the structure, which needs upgrading ASAP. The ceiling is leaking in multiple spots, the floor is filthy, the grills are dated and rusted in multiple spots, and the vents are dirty and barely hanging on. Very disappointing! As much money as this establishment makes they should be ashamed of themselves.

    Well we love hibachi but this was the worst experience. The chef spent maybe 8 minutes at our grill. We had a table full of young kids hoping for more tricks and interaction. He did one. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Food cakes on the floor, the walls were slimy, my daughter’s high chair was so disgusting we didn’t let her sit in it. Very disappointed

    It was the worse experience we have ever had. The location was run down. There was water leaking from the ceiling all around us. It took an hour to begin our food. Our bill was $256 for a horrible experience. Will never return.

    Staff was lovely and food was accurate, but they were VERY short on chefs so even once seated it was AT LEAST an hour from your reservation before entrees were served and the folks beside us waited 2 hours!!

    What a special treat this was to end our Christmas Day festivities! It was the busiest I’ve ever seen a Benihana but despite this they were able to maintain their high standards and the food and service excelled. I’d highly recommend this restaurant and for the amount of food served, quality of ingredients, and the showmanship, the value can’t be beat!!

    We experienced discrimination at its finest, but my son and I took our business elsewhere. To the lady in the bar area (Laura I think), your disgusting and disrespectful behavior will eventually catch up with you…we all gotta reap what we sow. The waitress in the main area and the girls at the front desk were very pleasant.
