   The new manager Eric the one who seems to be so polite is a rude ssa. I wish Rose would come back. Otherwise my cook was amazing and food was great

   Very slow service. Sat and waited for a chef for over an hour. Food was good once served.

   Felt very overpriced. Got our order wrong a few times and then charged incorrectly. Disappointed for what we paid.

   I absolutely love the seafood and ginger dipping sauce. I always buy a pint of the salad dressing and ginger sauce!

   I missed my concert due to very delayed service. The waitress did not bring our drinks. The other people at the table were brought their drinks when we had already paid and were about to leave

   I made an 8:30pm reservation and we were not seated until 9:30pm. I had my two year old niece with me and she was getting antsy and when the server brought out drinks he gave my niece her milk last even though everyone could clearly hear her asking for milk. Just not very good customer service l, which is not my usual experience. The server wasn’t very into it and it just was a very disappointing experience.

   Our chef was great. I have been coming for years he is one of best Name may have been Ronaldo anyway, good time.

   I have not been to this location in about 10 yrs. Food quality was not good. Sushi rolls were not fresh. The location seemed a little ran down. Very disappointing.

   We had the pleasure of being at the table alone, so the chef prepared food just for us. It was, in all honesty, one of the best meals we've ever had a Benihana. My scallops and my husband's chateaubriand were cooked to perfection. And our server was attentive and very kind.

    We went for my grandson’s birthday, made reservations for 6 pm got seated at 6:15. Our Hibachi cook was a hispanic woman who spoke very little English, no show, no smile, just cooked. She over-seasoned the food with salt and pepper. Waitress never came back for refills. There were lots of birthday’s being celebrated and I asked for the to celebrate my grandson. No one ever came over and even acknowledged him. Finally we ended up sitting for 10 minutes after we were finished because the waitress never brought our bill. When we left I asked to speak to the manager, she said the hibachi cook was new and so we should give her grace because they are hard to find. She then asked who our waitress was, and said she would address the celebration not taking place. $200 for a birthday meal for 3 people , no alcohol, bad service, uncaring management , certainly will never go back or recommend to anyone else. Don’t waste your $$$$!
