   The staff were very accomidating for the foods my kids were not able to eat and helpful finding things they could. They were very positive and enviting through the whole experience!

   Prices have obviously affected all businesses. But since you’ve put the service charge in place….just that service has gone exponentially down hill especially at your Minneapolis location! I have been dining with your restaurant around the world since 1987 (but home is Minneapoilis) when it was called Samurai here in MN. Not once have I hd such an awful experience until tonight! The server not only didn’t bring our drinks once they were brought and emptied the server took our glasses away not asking if we want more to drink. When we ordered most of everything we ordered was forgotten and many other nuances to say the least. I am just truly disappointed in this display of service.

   Super friendly staff at this location, if it didn’t cost so much to eat here we would come more often.

   Way too expensive for the food, gnats flying in the dining area, chef was entertaining for a 3 year old but not adults, others sitting at our table were rude, they ate with hats on the entire dinner and were in sweat pants. Wont go back again.

   They gave me a chefs table birthday certificate. I came to use it along with my husband. The bill ended up being $150. They deducted the $30 from the bill, then added gratuity of $30. So it was a rip off, basically they gave me $30 of then added it back. I will not be returning back.

   Benihana is pretty much the same as always. The restaurant is a little run down. Kinda sad. We’ve been going off and on for years. It’s been a while, 6 years I think. Food is the same. Some of it really good like the scallops. I wasn’t as crazy about the fried rice this time. Not sure what’s changed. The other 3 in our party liked it. Our chef/server was great. The other party at our table had two first-timers, ages 7 & 9 (guessing). They loved it. We took lots of food home. Basically Benihana lived up to our age old expectations.
