   Our dining experience was truly exceptional thanks to the dedicated staff. The service provided by our server Josh H. was attentive and courteous throughout the meal. The dishes we ordered were prepared with remarkable skill and presented beautifully. Every bite was a testament to the chef's Tommy culinary expertise. We highly recommend this dining establishment to anyone seeking a memorable meal.

   Last time I was here was a terrible experience today made up for that! I believe our chef name was “Aldo” or something along that line, but his service and food 10/10. Made it entertaining as well. Me and my family enjoyed ourselves. Our waiter wasn’t the best and gave us false information that we had to confirm with a manager. But overall 8/10 experience. Looking forward to come back. Thank you Chef!

   Food was delicious but I have two complaints. 1. Wait time. We made a reservation and still waited a little over an hour. 2. Got charged for the chicken fried rice 4x. We never asked for an extra bowl or anything. If anything my husband asked for shrimp to be added to his fried rice and didn’t even get that.

   Waited over 1 hours past our 4:45 reservation time. They did serve us free California rolls while we waited so that helped. When we were seated our server was slow to take orders and bringing out stater courses. Appears the server had multiple tables to handle so I can see why service was slow. Mainly disappointed in the long wait past the reservation time.

   Gave this location another try after a bad visit a month back. Had reservation but was told they were running an hour behind schedule. So we decided to sit in the bar area. Food came out cold, and while the protein was cooked well the rice was bland. Won’t be coming back

   Had reservations at 11 was seated at 11:30 Ordered & when trying to get a second beer the bar was closed Food was excellent

   The place is always good but this time the wait was 50 minutes and i had a reservation. Yes it was Valentines day but still my reservation was at 9:30 and left by 1 am.

    Disappointing Experience on Valentine’s Day I took my girlfriend out for dinner at our usual Benihana location, where we typically dine 2-3 times a month and always receive great service. Unfortunately, this was by far our worst experience yet. Our waitress was new and nowhere to be found for most of the meal. Our soup and salad took over 30 minutes to arrive to our table. We had to flag down a manager just to get drink refills. Our chef was also new, and it showed—he overcooked everything, from the rice and vegetables to the shrimp and my expensive Wagyu steak, which was extremely disappointing and also forgot items that were included with our meals. I understand that new employees need time to learn, but a busy Friday night on Valentine’s Day is not the time to put them out alone without proper assistance. With only five guests at our table (not even a full group of eight), the staff still struggled to keep up, and this was happening right in front of the managers. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards we’ve come to expect from this location. Hopefully, management ensures better training and support for new employees in the future, especially on busy nights when customers are expecting a high level of service.
