   Had reservations at 7:45 pm. got seated down at 8:00 pm which is good but we waited for our chief didn't come until 1 hr and 15 mins after getting seated down overall good food just the wait for a whole hr plus just to get our food cooked

   It took over an hour for our food to come out to even begin the cooking process. Reservations were at 6:15, seated at 6:30 left at 7:45 because the food was taking so long. Keep in mind we had 3 kids who order white rice and chicken and two adults. So bummed!

   Our server was awesome!!!! He was training someone but still took good care of us!!! Our chef was awesome as well great cooking!!!!

   We come here A Lot. We had a new chef I never had. I believe the name was something similar to “Dialiago”. I had to ask for seasoning on my food he didn’t interact with the table much and forgot a few of our ingredients and we sat there waiting for sauce for awhile. I will always love Benihana and this location but not our best experience. Bartender 10/10. She was so sweet , poured a good glass, and even gave my daughter a water cup.

   The service was not all good and I go to this particular Benihana all the time.The service was so slow I had a appointment for 12:00pm and didn’t get my soups until 1:00pm the chef was so dry and boring didn’t talk to us or even repeat back our order to us like they usually do, they also forgot two of our meats and had to go back and get them. I had got my steak well done which I always get and it’s always good but this one was burnt and was like eating beef jerky.

   Food was great, a little loud because of so many big groups, service a little slow, waited 15 minutes to be seated even though we had an early reservation. An expensive night for a family outing.

   Why offer reservations if they will seat us 30 mins late. Atleast call your guest to notify so we can make arrangements

    Veggies were burnt (zucchini etc) chef gave my kids side of corn that comes with her kids meal to a different person at the table on accident. He went back to kitchen got a smaller portion than usual (we go frequently and order that for my daughter frequently) threw the corn in the grill for maybe 10seconds. Scooped it into my daughter’s plate. My daughter took a bite said it was cold, so I took a bite and yes it was cold. How would it not be cold right? It was cooked for minimal time. Server rarely came and attended to us. Overall seemed like a bad day for the chef and server. Everyone has bad days. But you asked for feedback and here it is. Although not sure what will come of it.
