   Ich war jetzt zehn Tage im Hilton Hotel. Ich besuche Benihana in ganz USA oft. Aber der Service speziell die Angestellten am Empfang sind unterirdisch. Man hat einen Termin und wartet dann dennoch 30-50 Minuten auf einen Tisch. Sie sind sehr schlecht organisiert sind sehr unfreundlich und erklären Ihnen 50 Minuten lang, dass ihr Tisch gerade gereinigt wird. Der Manager läuft rum und spricht 0,0 mit Kunden. Ich werde weiterhin diese Restaurantkette besuchen, weil das Essen einfach gut ist und unsere Chefs waren alles super und super nett aber der Empfang geht überhaupt nicht..

   Rob was our chef and he was amazing. Juan was our server and he provided excellent care. The host staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The bartenders were ADORABLE-they took our picture and printed it for us. On top of making our drinks and getting the kids settled in, they went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

   Mucha demora para sentarnos, 40 minutos. En la mesa una espera de 30 minutos más para que viniese el cocinero. Muy poco agradable al cocinar y muy serio sin interactuar con los comensales. Este lugar ya no es lo que era. Una pena

   The check in process was good and speedy. Initially everything seemed on track. After being seated for 40 minutes or so, we realized something was wrong and the overall experience was about to go off the rails. Several of the staff members, manager included, came over to explain what was going on and why tables that were seated after us were starting their meal before us. Once our chef finally started our meal, they were even baffled as to why the restaurant was continuing to seat guests knowing there were not enough chefs to accommodate them. The entire experience was a debacle not only for us but for those throughout the restaurant. It was visible on the faces of those throughout the entire establishment. Our entire experience lasted 2.5 hours.

   Ich hatte bereits schon eine Bewertung hinterlassen das Empfang Personal ist unterirdisch unfreundlich, überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert. Das Essen ist immer wieder überzeugend nur deshalb gehe ich immer wieder dorthin aber man muss deutlich mehr die Mitarbeiter Schulen

    Worst dining experience ever. Food came to the table iced cold. Everything tasted terrible. The dumplings tasted like they were cooked in cooking spray.
