   Honestly had an awesome time! The host was prompt and welcoming. Our waitress was knowledgeable and personable. The chef was entertaining and the food was so delicious! After singing Happy Birthday to my Brother the staff prompted us to take a group photo- shortly after we received the printed picture to take home! Thank you for truly caring about the experience we received. 10 out of 10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Waited 20 minutes to get table even though it was booked and then an hour to get drinks. Place was dirty.l with food on the floor and table sticky from previous diners. Our chef was good fun and food was good but clearly short staffed….

   Great experience this time at this location. Usually go every time in Orlando as it is at walking distance from resort, but have always had issues with wait times, always with reservations. This time not only we were sat right away (at the lounge area) but our waiter Maria Rojas was outstanding. Was always courteous and fast to bring everything we needed. We love Benihana’s food and always end up coming back.

   Our only complaint was the temperature. It was very cold in the restaurant. Outside of that, everything was great. We loved our chef.

   The servers and chef were unbelievable!! What was really disappointing is that all of the entrées come with white rice and if you want fried rice, you have to order it as a side rather than an up charge. The side of friend rice is $7.50!!! Even for a kids meal!! And on top of that, they don’t give you the white rice. Was it a great experience? Yes. Will I go back? No, it was far too expensive for what we got.

   The chef made the experience great! Food was good too Only thing to improve would be servers attention and being checked on a couple time throughout the chef experience so drinks don’t go empty and dishes are cleared away.

   Excellent food . Meat was a better quality than previous and very juicy ! Service was exceptional and very lively Chef. Only bad part was very noisy and our other party not too friendly and bit rude! Stuck up
