   Food is ok, definitely not worth the high prices. I'll stick with Kobes Steakhouse, much better quality & quantity for a lower cost.

   Restaurant Review - Benihana My recent dining experience at Benihana was extremely disappointing. Despite having a 9:00 PM reservation, we were not seated until after 10:00 PM – over an hour past our scheduled time. The wait time situation was poorly managed with no clear communication about the delays. The service issues continued throughout the evening. After being seated, we waited nearly another hour for our food to arrive, with the first dishes not appearing until after 11:00 PM. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive throughout our visit. The dining room was excessively loud, making conversation difficult. While this might be acceptable at a lower price point, the high prices at [Restaurant Name] created expectations of a more refined dining experience that simply weren't met. Key Issues: - Over 1-hour wait despite having a reservation - Additional 1-hour wait for food after seating - Poor service and communication - Extremely noisy environment - Overpriced for the quality of experience I cannot recommend this restaurant given the significant wait times, poor service, and overall value. Management needs to address their overbooking issues and service delays before I would consider returning. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

   Overbooked waited over an hour with a reservation . 3 hours there with mediocre food and bad attitudes all around. Not welcoming. Under portioned food. Will not be back

   My experience was absolutely horrible,, I had planned my visit for a long time to experience Benihana’s. From the very beginning waitress Kelly displayed in attitude, as if she wasn’t sincerely interested with overall serving. Her attitude is absolutely on display., I asked her and my wife politely not to bring out our appetizers until denim was served. She proceeded to admit it was her mistake, but yet advised me to just allow my shrimp to sit at the table and get cold as I waited for dinner to be prepared.. She did also told me she can just simply hold it at the bar, which is ridiculous., after she brought back our drinks we didn’t see her again until it was time to pay did not refill any drinks whatsoever. We asked for water she brought us bougie water and charge us six dollars and 50 Cent for each bottle. What a horrible experience.

   The food and service was great however the wait for the cook was ridiculously long. I wasn’t able to eat the restaurant but was able to enjoy once I arrived home.
