   Made a reservation for 9:30 for my birthday dinner Didn’t get seated until 10:00.It took 20 mins for our drinks & another hour before the chef came out!I didn’t eat dinner until around 11:45!It ruined my entire schedule & the food was not worth the wait!$112 for 1 meal that took 2 hours to get was insane!

   So bad that we didn’t even end up dining here. Walked in with a reservation, it wasn’t honored and was forced to wait 35 min for our reserved high top. We get called for our table and they try sitting us at hibachi instead of the high top we reserved. I tell the server trying to seat us and she rolls her eyes with an attitude and tells me to go talk to the front. Hostess and GM make the change, but seat us at a table for 2 when we had a party of 3, and pulled up a chair to the small 2 person table to try to accommodate… there wasn’t even enough room for the 3 of us to look at our menus around this table. We walked out and went to Tokyo Sushi just around the corner. WAY better prices, non-chain, friendly staff, and DELICIOUS hibachi and sushi. Will NEVER go to Benihanas… felt like a Waffle House with the grease on the menus and dirty tables and floors.

   Chef Billy was awesome. Sometimes the food in hibachi restaurants all ends up tasting the same with the same seasoning put onto everything. Chef Billy did a great job making sure the food shined through and tasted like it should. Well done Billy.

   My birthday was a few weeks ago and I wanted to come to Benihana and enjoy some dinner. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use my $30 off gift due to it being a weekend. It’s not so easy to come out there during the week. I think this is unfair and this policy needs to be changed. I could have used that $30 since my bill was over $200 more than enough for the establishment to have its fair share as well. So yes, I had to give a 3 Star.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

   2 1/2 hours to eat. And they just make 1 thing you eat that then they make more. So weird to not eat all different food at the same time. I will never go there again.

    Took 40min with a reservation to get seated. Parking is a nightmare. Food was good. Our chef seemed a bit out of it.
