   TERRIBLE!! Although it was Christmas, I understand it was going to be busy.. however, our waiter was rude. I understand the frustration but the service was just terrible. Food had no seasoning to it. The chef almost cut his hand trying to do tricks.. it was also very loud. Dishes being thrown and dropped. Overall, terrible experience.

   Restaurant lost power and were behind in seating us for our reservation. Which was understandable. But then they mistakenly cancelled our reservation while we were waiting so our seating was really late.

   Unfortunately we were not able to eat here on Christmas as planned. We made a reservation and the staff was great and very friendly. They were apologetic but the computers were down and we waited an hour and couldn’t get served at our table. Again the staff was great but we were not able to have our Christmas meal.

   We had a 8:30 reservation, arrived at 8:20, was told there is a 30 minute delay in seating. We weren’t seating until 10pm. Even then it took 15 minutes to drinks and another 30 to received apps. I do not recommend this location and they didn’t seem to care. If I can get a 0 stars I would.

   Great except for the long wait with reservations Reservations for 8pm, didn’t get seated until close to 9pm and then waited another hour for our chef….but the food and service once it happened were excellent.

   It was clear that while the staff did a great job, the restaurant was very over booked. We made a reservation for the lounge and apparently that was a mistake. Fortunately we got a table. But it was clear many people waited long past their reservation time. Again, staff did great but it was a lot on them

   We did not have our usual experience at Benihana. They were extremely busy and while we were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation, we waited 25 minutes to see a server. Our drink orders were incorrect and had to be sent back. After we ordered our dinner, we waited another 20 minutes for the soup and the salad was delivered after our hibachi chef arrived. The quality of the food was excellent as well as our chef Manuel. We have had dinner there on Christmas Eve a number of times but this time it fell short.

   We regularly have family dinners there. This was not our best visit. Noise level was so loud that we couldn’t even have conversations with family at our table. One of the things we look forward to is Plum wine with our meal. We were told that they are not allowed to sell it any longer! You can buy it at the liquor store but they can’t sell it? Seems like BS to me. They were out of some types of alcohol that family members ordered also. Food was good as usual.

    Our family loves Benihana for big holidays, and our latest time at the Green Tree location was for Christmas Eve. Our chef, Fernando, was excellent and the food was very flavorful and perfectly cooked. Our server was very attentive too. We enjoyed our family time there and will be back soon. (The homemade yum yum sauce is always a delight.)
