   We went for my birthday, like we do every year. This time is was not good. Didn’t get sung to, didn’t get any dessert (wasn’t even offered) and no picture. Next time we will request server Dijon from our last 2 times there - he was great last year.

   We had a very big group and manager wouldn’t work with us to sit close to each other. So we were way on the other side of the restaurant unable to celebrate all together

   We typically go to Benihana’s every year for my daughter’s bday. Usually the cook is more entertaining. They did none of the tricks they typically do. A little more boring. They didn’t sing happy birthday either which they have done. We had a much better experience in Columbus. We spent a lot of money for a table of 10 and wasn’t worth it.

   Our reservation was for 8:15p. We Sat down at 9:28p I had 6 kids with me ....the chef was HORRIBLE. No interaction with kids, no fire, no choo-choo train w/ onions... nothing. Just a dry and uncomfortable experience. I will never be back!

   The restaurant is dated and dirty. The service was just so-so. Prices way too high for a mediocre experience. Chef wasn't very interactive.

   We go to different Behinana’s throughout the year and we’ve been to this location in Plano a few times. Honestly, we were not impressed tonight. While the service was good, the food was very bland. Four of us got the Emperor’s feast with the fried rice option and everything was under seasoned. When you fork out $300 plus tip for a nice meal, you expect everything to be on point. The food tonight was not. Everyone in our group of five was disappointed.

   Our waitress brought our soup and salad at the same time. Other tables received their soup first, then the salad. We would have preferred having them served separately.

   We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation. Once we got to our table service was extremely slow. I know it was Christmas, but the service was poor.
