   Overall great experience! The only ding was that we waited 45 minutes after checking in as we were told they were running behind. Otherwise, the food and service from the server and chef were great!

   Had a reservation at 5pm, we were told that they were behind in seating their reservations. We were seated 45 minutes late. I appreciated the notice, all was fine, service and cook were outstanding.

   We had the most amazing servers but waiting 2 hours to be seated when we had reservation was unacceptable and when we spoke to the manager to get some sort of reimbursement he shrugged us off.

   Waited an hour after our reservation. The food portion was small for the amount we paid. Beside that, the food was delicious and the waiter was friendly and checked in on us occasionally.

   Valentines Reservation was for 8 PM and we didn’t start eating until 10:15. Should’ve listened to the warnings about overbooking and long waits, food was great but the 2 hour wait didn’t help.

   Very poor experience. Had a reservation for 7:30 and didn’t get seated until 8:45. I understand Valentine day is very busy day for them but they need to figure out a better solution on the reservations. They clearly overbooked. They also didn’t offer anything for waiting longer than expected. Very disappointed.

   The food the service was great the only bad thing was the wait, we all had reservations and we all had to wait 25-30 mins after checking in i do understand it was valentine’s day so everyone was out looking for the perfect dinner! I can’t wait to return to enjoy some delicious food and drinks!

   The chef didnt really put up a show and the food was not that good idk if the chef was inexperienced Also i didnt like the fact that my reservation was at 6 and ended up getting seated at 7:30 Its unacceptable

   We made a reservation for 6:00 P.M. for the lounge area. By 7:00 we still hadn’t been seated, even though the bar had open tables and other people that arrived after us were getting seated. So we left. This morning, I got an email from Open Table letting me know we had been marked as a no show, even though we checked in at our reservation time and waited a full hour before giving up and leaving. So if you think you’ve made a reservation for dinner, lower your expectations because you might not make it past the hostess stand, much less eat a meal there.

    Waitress Erin and Chef Jesse are a dynamic duo who made our dinner experience at Benihana the best we’ve ever had! Erin was so attentive to us all, even on one of the busiest days of the year, Valentine's Day. Chef Jesse was a great entertainer, and his food was delicious! This was the first time my kiddo had no leftovers. We had the best time ever, and the food was terrific! Thank you, Erin and Jesse; you guys are the best!
