   Staff and chefs were very polite and fun, but the restaurant is very clearly horribly mismanaged. Service suffered due to bad management decisions which was 100% NOT the fault of the staff. Employees were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to exceedingly long wait times for overall dinner service and slow food and drink delivery. Our reservation was confirmed with the entire party of 2 present at 6:30pm on a Sunday. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes to be seated for our confirmed reservation. We sat down at 7:10 and didn’t finish dinner until 9:45. Had to ask multiple times for drinks, it would take 30m for a soda or cocktail to come to the table, dirty cups, plates and bowls sat uncollected for half of the meal often stacked up awaiting collection. At the end of the meal, I tapped my credit card without inspecting the bill closely but thought the amount seemed a little high. Double checked the receipt in the car and I had been charged not only for our meal but for the other party of 2 next to us - an overage of $120 not including tip that had to be refunded to our card. The food was good, but the experience was a solid one star and we won’t be returning.

   Food was great as always. Our chef just wasn’t very entertaining. We could’ve had a better experience there. Had 4 kids with us and barely interacted and didn’t put on much of show.

   The food was great. The one thing that I was not very happy about was having to wait an additional 40 minutes after our reservation to get sat.

   We are not a fan of the garlic butter that they put on everything in the hibachi food was average restaurants in very noisy and don’t wear anything you don’t mind smelling of hibachi. The restaurant has a very strong odor.

   the server that exists solely to take your drink order didn’t bring a printed bill, just shows you on a screen the tally and I saw there was something about shrimp on my bill when I don’t remember ordering it, but apparently I agreed to it when the cook asked something? Couldn’t make it out— I was just nodding in polite agreement because the place was extremely loud but also incredibly cold despite being simultaneously smokey. The service is bad. Like, I wish my husband wasn’t a generous tipper because there was no service. I regret going. For maybe $50 more I could have gone to Preston’s and had a decent glass of wine instead of the Josh that the sever said was just like Caymus.

    Had a 7pm reservation and didn’t get seated until after 8. Service was slow and portions were smaller than usual.
