Bistro Don Giovanni offers a warm and inviting experience with all the personality of a Mediterranean hideaway. Chef Scott Warner's rustic fare incorporates local fruits, vegetables, meat and fowl into traditional, fresh Italian dishes with her signature, creative flair. Freshly baked breads, local olive oil, beautiful salads, tasty appetizers and homemade pastas are inspired by the bounty of Napa Valley. Main courses offer an array of regionally sourced and highest quality creations of chicken, steaks and seafood. The bar features hundreds of Napa Valley and Italian wines as well as a host of signature cocktails.

    I had several meals at Don Giovanni throughout the year. I have always had a good experience before. I took a friend for his birthday dinner who had never been to the restaurant. When we were seated, our table was wobbly, the servers came over to fix it. They spilled the water all over our table They proceeded to get two napkins from the table next to the one we were sitting and put them over the wet area. Our bread got wet and the menu got wet. I had to ask for them to replace the bread and bring another menu, which they never did. We ordered the lamb shank, which had good flavor, but was a little tough. restaurant wanting to get as many patrons in as possible however, there was a woman whose chair was literally 5 inches away from my friend chair. You could barely move and could not even have a conversation. This may have been a one off, but I was very disappointed. Especially because my friend had never had a meal there and it was his birthday.

    Always one of our favorites! Everything is top shelf. Our waiter was amazing and his recommendations were over the top, especially the Butterscotch Pudding. The whole evening was a special treat.

    We were ther for a birthday dinner. We sat outside on the patio. It was great. Patio heaters kept us warm. Had the carpaccio and Prosecco to start…delicious. We then had the pasta special and veal parmigiana. The side order of fettuccini Alfredo that came with the veal was very salty…and I like salt. Didn’t finish it. Everything else was tasty. Our waiter Juan was great. Very personable and attentive. We were happy to return to bistro don giovanni. Will definitely return.

    Service was subpar today. Enrique was rushing and didn’t follow instructions especially when I said the wine had to be poured at our table. Disappointing experience today
