    It must have been a time when shifts change from lunch to dinner. Our server did not take our order for 15 minutes, never checked on us and the bartender had to close us out! We are never going back between 3-5 on a weekday again.

    We were seated an hour past our reservation, but it was Thanksgiving, and everyone was doing their best - there were a LOT of people. Food was good, service was good for being slammed.

    Adam was great. The manager was also good. We had a lady try to be our server after Adam but she was rude and bad mouthed Adam to us. Spoke to the manager and got Adam back. He’s a great guy and it was insanely busy. No one should bad mouth their coworkers to customers.

    Our visit was Thanksgiving and was very busy. Everyone we met from the front desk to our server was professional and friendly. Some of our group had the turkey dinner, which was sooo good! Some people had NY steak, others the ribeye. Everyone said the meat was cooked exactly how they requested. The entire experience was very pleasant and we will be back.

    Busy Thanksgiving, the food arrived luke warm, it took awhile to get the extra requested gravy as well as the check. I'll be cooking next year.

    There were only 2 servers in the bar area where we were seated. I understand that it's a holiday, but you should have planned better on staffing. Especially since you were sitting 30-40 minutes after reservation times after just opening a few hours earlier. The music was louder than normal which made it hard to even talk to the person next to me. Even though there were only 2 the servers did a good job. The food was good.

    We cheerfully endured a 45 minute wait past reservation time, but it was their busiest day of the year. Extra help must have come so they could serve a full house well. Food was great (all of it), server excellent. We each had the Thanksgiving dinner plus Caesar salad. We'll be back!
