    Ordered Rib-eye steak, received tough as leather steak that your knives could not cut let alone me eat. Replacement Filet was perfect however.l

    Had reservation for 6:30pm but still had to wait 45 minutes for a table. Not acceptable.

    Obvious you were not expecting the large crowds for dinner. long wait times for reservations, no place to sit even for disabled. Food service was much less than last year: this year consisted of very large serving of mashed potatoes, very little gravy, overdone Granberry sauce, small amount of stuffing, no dark meat (my preference) and very large chunks of sweet yams.

    Waited 1 hour after my reservation. The food I ordered was not good. Waitress gave terrible service!

    The food was excellent we have been to black Angus the last 3 years on Thanksgiving....never disappointed always great service and tasty food
