   I was nice to have all my adult children with me at Black Agnus and have dinner together. Upon arriving to our 7 pm reservation, there was no one at the hostess desk for at least 10-12 minutes. Even though she apologized, it seemed unreasonable. Once seated, our server appeared bothered and not happy. She did not care to ask how we were doing or bothered to offer any specials. We felt ghosted and had the bus boy refill our drinks. The only thing she pointed out was that our receipt had the tip percentages. Dinner was pleasant, but our service was poor. We regrated not going to Clearman's North Woods Inn.

   Service was slow but Luis did the best he could. I think they were missing some help.

   Great menu choices including value menu options for two. Delivered to the table by a friendly, attentive Server. Worth a return visit!

   It took a long time for the food to be brought to our table. The lobster, steak and the onion rings were cold.

   We went to celebrate our sons 16th birthday and had the 2 best waiters one was Luis and he was amazing! There was 12 of us and we had the best service
