   It was a quiet Friday afternoon for lunch with 2 other family members. Two of the three had never been to this restaurant location. The menu selection was wonderful and the service was top notch. Food presentation was exceptional and delicious. The restaurant is huge and has a fun sports bar section that would be a great place to gather and watch local sports. I would definitely go again even though I live 30 minues away on the other side of the bay.

   Food came out wrong They changed the menu Made it smaller for more money Service was whack everything had to be returned, etc. not waitress fault the cooks are not good. Been going there 30yrs and never again. It won’t be long until they are closed not to mention food and service was poor and hardly anyone in there. Used to be a decent establishment and value

   Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Even though she was busy with other tables, she was keeping up and checking on all of us. Our food came out hot and in a tinely manner.

   The food was undercooked and we were overcharged on our credit card when paying they fixed it but it’s still pending on my bank acct. seems shady

   Service was a bit slow and a bit scrambled since we got our meal before some of our appetizers. It was a bit busy due to Valentine's and the 3 or 4 day President's weekend. We did the dinner for 2 meal ($69) which was a good way to try and share some food. Black Angus has gone downhill in terms of food quality, service and ambiance.

   We always enjoy Black Angus. Our server Kim was terrific. We were disappointed, after the manager said they were still providing the Valentine's Day steak and lobster special for $20, that the server then said was not available. There was an error on one of our orders, but the server made it right. We will return again... and again... and again.

    Extremely busy and crowded tonight. Service slower than usual. My $48 bone in ribeye was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Waitress was attentive as possible considering how crowded the restuarant was. My reservation was for 5:45. I was seated at 6:20. I've had a more pleasant experience here on non holiday times.
